The space

You can utilize 3 bedrooms, the main lower bedroom has a queen bed and TV, located adjacent to the lower full bathroom. An upper bedroom with lake views has a king size bed, and another upper bedroom has 3 built-in extra long bunk beds and lake views, both being near to another full bathroom, and an office space. The lower bedroom and upper bedroom can each sleep two people, and the upper extra-long bunks can sleep another 3 guests. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two more people. The upper loft area is where the office space is located. Through out the home, you will find 4 TV’s for streaming. Bedrooms have closet storage.
Boat rentals are available on lake.
There are two multi-level laundry sets of washer and dryer. There is a basement game room with ping-pong table, fitness and TV lounge area. You can enjoy the 3-season room so you can be outside while inside.
There is a large flat lake side yard space to enjoy between the house and the lake. The spacious 2-1/2 car garage provide extra storage and long driveway area provides multiple vehicle parking on the 50 foot wide by 300 foot long lot. There are outside deck areas with seating to relax and look at lake views. Fire pit and grill in yard with pier and boat access. Secondary ramp access to front deck area. Located in Pewaukee School District.
