Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The place was great. What i expected. Accessible to the beach, restaurants and other last minute items. Just had a few hiccups. Balcony door lock was broke. Confusion on when to fix it. They disabled our unit door lock code on our first day of a 3 day stay. We still had 2 more days. After climbing 3 flight of steps. Had to contact them to get into our unit. With a new code.

The bunkbed is really noisy. Too noisy… the other two got a different place to stay.our daughter ended up sleeping with us. Also, I wish we would have better understood the 6 flights of stairs. At age 77 it was difficult to manage. Thank you for a clean place, comfortable bed and decent pillows. The linens were a nice touch too.
