It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Lovely time in a wonderful condo. Loved being directly on the beach and also being able to look at the bayside. I’m already looking into making to making reservations for next year!

Spotless, well-stocked. I'm glad there were no twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The double bed, with the TV were perfect! Thank you!
