The convenient location is close to many popular restaurants including Ropewalk, The Hobbit, and Hooked, and a quick walk to Royal Farms or the Wine Rack. This comfortable two bedroom, two bath getaway is so close that you have ocean views from the living room and back bedroom! The condo has just what you need with new flooring recently added - a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, full sized washer/dryer, complimentary WiFI, two TV's and two parking spots. In the mornings, you can sneak out onto the south facing balcony to get a sneak peek of the ocean to the east and in the evenings you can relax in the cooler air and view the vibrancy of the sunsets. The building does not provide an elevator, so the condo is a walk-up to the 3rd floor. Sleeping a total of eight guests, there is a queen in the primary bedroom, two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Rents Saturday to Saturday only for full weeks.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
The condo association does not permit smoking/vaping in or around this property, including in the parking area , No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
