About this villa rental
The villa La Contredda Portobello is located in Aglientu and overlooks the sea. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, two covered terraces, and an outdoor shower.
The villa is ideally situated with convenient access to nearby attractions. To the west, there is the charming town of Cala Sarraina and the scenic Costa Paradiso, while to the east are the beautiful beaches of Naracu Nieddu and Vignola Mare, complete with bars and restaurants. Guests can reach two sea access points within 150 m and a beach just 400 m away. An indoor mini-market operates during the season until 8 pm.
3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets and celebrating events are not allowed.
Guests are kindly requested to store external cushions if rain is expected.

Pros: Since 20 years i a coming to Sardinia and mostly to Portobello. This Villa ist a fantastic one! Well kept, very clean, wonderful garden, nice and comfortable internal, alot Equipment and most import for me, ist got privacy and wonderful seaview! The Sandy beach is 5 minutes within Walking distance. The owner take care about all and act very professional. We like to come again!
