Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

Absolutely loved the house. There were 7 of us. Plenty of room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect location. Pool was amazing. Management company were great to deal with they use an awesome app that made things easy. We highly recommend staying at this house. If available we’ll definitely stay here again.

Overall this residence was a very nice place. The amenities in the house were all you could ask for. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies/dish-ware you would ever need. The houses open concept was a very nice touch and helped everyone feel together even when they were in separate rooms. While it also maintained privacy with the secluded bedrooms. Although the listing doesn’t do a justice portraying the bathrooms. They are all amazing with lots of closet space and storage. A few spots for improvement would be considering adding smart tv’s with internet capability, changing the bed and or bed frame in the front bedroom next to the door(it felt like the bottom of the frame was going to give out at any moment), adding more lighting by the pool area for swimming after daylight, and altering pool cleaning schedule(pool was green in the deeper areas where people were not walking and hot lots of sand in the shallow end on the corners of the stairs). Property manager was very quick to answer and easy to get in touch with. He did offer to try and get the pool cleaned earlier, which we greatly appreciated. But, I don’t know if it actually ever did get cleaned or cleaned properly because the cleanliness of it persisted our whole stay. Overall it was a great place and would fit almost any type of groups liking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baynard Oaks! The home is just beautiful and so welcoming. We enjoyed the floorplan and were very pleased with the cleanliness. The location is perfect! We love bike riding, exploring and going to the beach, so the location made it perfect for all of the things that we enjoy! The kitchen was well equipped with all of the things. The beds were extremely cozy. We loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions that we had. We will surely stay here again!
