In town for a girls trip as we were attending a conference at the convention center (quick 10 min drive). We had 4 adult women and the house was perfect for us. Cute, quiet, and safe neighborhood. When we were looking at our options there were many that looked good on the outside but when looking into it, the neighborhood and surrounding area was sketchy. Washer/dryer huge plus! We were very busy and did not use the outdoor patio area but it is big and a great option if you are hanging at the house. House had all the necessities that we needed. Would definitely book this place again!

Stayed here with our parents and in-laws for a family get together. Everyone was comfortable. The house is colorful and well-appointed. Hard to beat the location, nestled in one of Phoenix’s historic neighborhoods with Encanto Park one block away and easy access to downtown. We all agreed we would be happy to return.
