-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Property was in a great neighborhood!! We could walk to Encanto Park and let her chase the ducks. Second bathroom was a little tight but it worked. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we would have if we had more time

The beds were great, the house was gorgeous, kitchen was actually stocked with pots and pans and the things you actually need to cook, the coffee shop around the corner "Luanas coffee and beer" was a fantastic start to our days and the pool was amazing. Honestly this was a fantastic stay.
