Overall this is a nice place. It is fairly new, very large and was clean. There were a few issues: The "queen sleeper sofa" described in the listing is actually a large sectional couch, not an actual sleeper sofa. The recliner couches in the den don't recline. There are blinds on all the windows, but they do a poor job of keeping out light, so we were all awake at the crack of dawn both days.
