Rewrite since only allowed 1500 characters. Maybe this will help you decide if this place is right for you.1. nice but could use a lot of work - pictures in description show what is nice. but obviously does not show flaws.2. no AC so need to open windows and sliders - holes in screens and doors - so mosquitoes find a way in - or you just sleep hot.3. game room nice but replace ping pong paddles are worn out and frayed and fix screen door in garage so that mosquitoes dont come in.4. here's what was dirty after house cleaners "cleaned": screens dirty, bed sheets dirty/stained had to wash at 10 pm. Cuz we found out they were dirty just before going to bed.5. washer broken with cracked drum.6. communication with manager...eh. slow to respond with washer issue - needed to know if housekeeping would deliver towels or I need to go to laundromat. Took too much time to respond and took away from vacation day.7. light switches - a lot - please label them.8. no concession offered for having a washer that is broken - spent 20 on laundry and 2 hours of vacation time.9. outside chairs dirty - got clothes dirty - had to hose off chairs myself if I wanted to enjoy them.10. manager scheduled a contractor to look at washer. I refused since I didn't want just anyone going through our rental.This place could be really nice. Super easy fixes. This is more than likely an investment for the owner. And I wish they would spend money on improvements to make the guests happy!
