About this house rental
"Sea Song House" is the perfect place to stay! Enjoy the peace, take a swim in our beautiful pool, or simply relax in our little Maroccan patio.
The location is key! Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, night pubs and supermarkets! You are in a secluded place but, at the same time, in the center of Santa Teresa!
"Sea Son House" counts with 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathroom.
Our Sea Song House offers you all the comforts of a hotel.
A VIP concierge will be at your service before and during your stay, assisting with transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa (by plane or car/shuttle) and arranging rentals for ATVs, Rhinos, or 4x4 vehicles, ready at the property’s parking lot. We can also organize private chefs, Yoga and Pilates sessions, surf lessons, massages, and much more!
Our neighborhood offers many walking distance places and the beach is 5min away!
At few meters from the house we have really good places for breakfasts and lunches (Earth Cafe - Zwart Cafe) and one of the best supermarket in town (Super Ronny's 2).
In order to reach the house it is not nessary a mean of transportation. You can easly walk around.
"Sea Song House" features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second offers a king-size bed plus a sofa that can be converted into a single bed.
An open-space kitchen, big living and dining area, and a beautiful deck with 2 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The villa also features a stunning Moroccan-style patio, and a nice turquoise pool.
The villa is just a short walk to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, offering easy access to all you need during your stay.
The best way to move around Santa Teresa and discover its beauties, is by far the ATV.
If you want to do a road trip in Costa Rica, the best is to rent a 4x4 car.
- Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult in the pool.

- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
- Water cuts: Water cuts are very common in Santa Teresa. Water will come back as soon as the problem is fixed!
- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.

- At the moment, there are construction sites close by and there could be noise during the day. The amount of noise may vary. Some days there is no noise.

What an amazing private peaceful, serene location to relax with my family! Private and secluded yet Close enough to walk for daily surfs,sunsets and meals. Having a pool even when you’re by the beach is quite the luxury. We enjoy watching movies and cooking in the kitchen. Even watched a family of monkeys one day while lounging by the pool.
Hosts and properties staff were very kind and communicative and everything was perfect!
We will be back!

What a perfect, beautiful house to call home for the week. It's tucked away from the main road but easy to access with easy parking for cars and rented ATVs, communicative and kind property managers, stunning pool, deck and cabana (perfect for photos, cooling off dips in the heat, evening chats, daytime yoga, animal watching with morning monkeys and the occasional raccoon, sun bathing, and more), awesome interior layout and design with great indoor/outdoor jungle/beach vibes. Fully equipped kitchen, someone cleaning the pool and deck/patio daily, housekeeping came mid-week, and the whole space is zen.
The only issue we faced was that upon arrival, the internet was not working and it took the workers 2 days to fix the issue, during which we were instructed to connect to the wifi of a neighboring building which was extremely weak and only worked in a corner of the house. We specifically needed working wifi to work remotely during our first full day at the property for video conferencing needs, but instead had several workers and the property managers in the background of our meetings, unfortunately making noise via drilling/hammering through the external walls during said meetings (it was simply unfortunate timing for this to all be happening and we were not able to relocate to another room since the neighbor's wifi only worked in that same room that the workers/staff were also in). This was definitely an inconvenient start to the stay, but was fixed on day 2 and the managers were very apologetic, attentive, and gracious during the process. The rest of the week was lovely with high speed internet, good vibes, great fun, and pura vida!
Would love to return to this property in a future visit. Gracias por todos!

This house is in a great location and has lots of space. Close enough to walk to many great restaurants and the beach while also off the many road. Check in was easy, house was clean, all the staff were helpful and very nice. Look forward to returning soon.
