Work is expected to occur during typical business hours, and while most disruption should be limited, there may be occasional periods of louder noise, including some jackhammering. Nightly rates have already been adjusted to reflect this possible inconvenience.

The place was very nice. Offered alot of extras when it came to pool supplies. Loved that they had chairs and umbrellas onsite to use. Even had a small cooler. More than others offer.

This property is in a beautiful location on St Petersburg Beach, convenient, and close to all amenities. There was one minor maintenance issue, which we reported immediately, and received a prompt response from management. We deducted one point, due to major construction (a highrise being built) next door. We believe that should have been noted at the time of booking.

We had a very nice time at this location and would consider a return visit. The beach access was great. We met one on site manager and spoke with a staff member on the phone during our visit. Both of them were extremely pleasant and helpful. Staff members were working on the upkeep of the location on a regular basis. Our room appeared to be clean with the exception of the floors. The baseboards in the bathroom were really dirty and our socks turned almost black very quickly when we walked on the floors. I accidentally spilled a glass of water and the white towel I used to wipe it up turned black. The room had numerous thoughtful added items we were able to use that helped make everything more comfortable.
