Work is expected to occur during typical business hours, and while most disruption should be limited, there may be occasional periods of louder noise, including some jackhammering. Amenities - including the heated pool, hot tub, poolside BBQ grills, and beach access - will remain open during this period. Nightly rates have already been adjusted to reflect this possible inconvenience.

The condo was beautifully clean! We walked into a cute little sand bucket filled with snacks. There was laundry detergent in the pantry for us to use. They had 3 beach chairs and an umbrella on the balcony for us to use during our stay! We could see the pool, beach, and ocean from our condo. Our parking spot was directly under us next to the stairs! It's a 5 minute walk from Walgreens and probably a 3-4 minute walk to the sand. I contacted the host multiple times before we got there asking questions that were already answered in my welcome email, that I didn't see in my inbox, and she answered them promptly and was very nice. The heated pool was nice to be in when it was raining. I can say the hot tub is HOT. There is a circle on the bottom left of the hot tub that pushes hot water into it.. I didn't know that until it burned the top side of my left foot. Not super bad, but it did hurt for a few minutes. This was probably one of the best vacations we've ever had. We've stayed in Florida many times over the years, but staying in a beach front condo... We'll never do it any other way again! 10/10 recommend!

When we walked in we were greeted with a cute bucket with snacks and candy. They had everything we needed to do our laundry, beach umbrella, and beach chairs on the balcony! Everything was clean and we even had a blow dryer in the master bath. We could see the beach, ocean, and the pool from our balcony. The pool was warm when we swam in the rain. The hot tub was hot, I do want to warn you, the hot tub has a spot on the bottom left that refills the hot water, so be wary of your feet being there when it does. I burnt my foot. They always responded to any message I sent to them within a few hours. It was the best vacation experience we've ever had!

Was a little disappointed of the bunkbeds. Pictures online showed 2 twin beds in the extra bedroom. It was very hard for my sisters to sleep in there as they are older adults. I would have never chose that room had I known.
