Welcome to our newly renovated beach condo. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of St. Pete Beach. This ocean-side condo steps away from one of the most highly-rated beaches in the country. St. Pete Beach is renowned for its award-winning beaches, incredible restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this condo a home away from home! We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise.
Location: For reference, the condo is a 3-minute drive to the Don Cesar Hotel.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to spend the week with our two children (ages 3 and 5). Located directly on the beach, and with a very cute pool and hot tub area that our kiddos loved. It wasn’t too big or overwhelming and unlike at other larger “resort” types- it felt very manageable/walkable.To me, the best part of Karina’s unit was how CLEAN it was. We’ve stayed in other VRBOs that were “surface clean” but once you went to look in a closet or under the sink somewhere, you could just tell how grimy the place really was. Not the case here. Every closet, (even the storage trunks under the bunk beds) was very clean. The pre-check in email made the process to check in SUPER easy and convenient, and the provided beach toys and chairs along with the cart to transport them to and from the beach were two of the most appreciated conveniences. All in all, would definitely return and can’t recommend this spot enough!

Had a good stay here, places is definitely a lot smaller than the pictures show. I do wish that the beach chairs were in better condition, the carrying straps and backpack like carrying straps were all ripped so it was balancing act to try to carry a chair and a bag. The host was friendly and accommodating when we didn’t have enough beach towels. The amenities in the condo were in good condition. There was concrete repair construction going on on the condo building during my stay but no one could do anything about that. Loved the convenience of being right by the beach and it’s definitely an elderly persons occupied condo building.

This condo was amazing! Everything was clean, well decorated, modern, and comfortable. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. Karina was great to work with! We will definitely be coming back!!

The room was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels and basic kitchen needs. The washer and dryer was so convenient to have. We loved being steps from the beach and appreciated all the beach toys/supplies that were available to us. The beach was so clean and seaweed free unlike the area further south. The water was calm and perfect for small children! Would highly recommend!
