Please note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 8 through October 3. During this time, the gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts, and community fishing dock will remain open for guest use. Nightly rates for these dates have already been adjusted to account for the temporary pool and hot tub closure.

Only our second time at the Sunrise, but years of visiting St Pete Beach! PH3 is perfect! Lots of space and everything we needed for our stay (except pizza pans). Walking distance to all kind of great restaurants. Views from both your front and back doors, steps from beach access! You will NOT be disappointed!

Have been a returning visitor to Sunrise for a number of years. The property is in a central location on St Pete Beach, so close to local bars and other amenities. Slight niggle was with another party who stayed at the same time with noise levels late in the night and early in the morning - but not a problem with the resort.

We’ve stayed at Sunrise about 5 times, so far. We love it. The location in St Pete Beach is great. Short walk across the street to the beach, which is beautiful. We love the gulf coast of Florida. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.
