About this house rental
Cozy primary residence of the owner and therefore all the amenities of home. Main living floor has an open floor plan with front main living room, kitchen and dining room. Deck is off the back of the house from the kitchen. Off the dining room, take one step down to the office nook and spacious TV/Reading room. Off the main living space there is a half flight of stairs that takes you to the 3 bedrooms. 2 Guest rooms share one bathroom with a shower/tub combination and the main bedroom has its own en-suite. Another half flight down from the main living area is another room with a futon for extra sleeping, some gym equipment (Bike and dumbells) with a 1/2 bathroom. The laundry room is fully accessible, off the garage in the basement. The back deck and patio has a gas grill, a table for for 6 and the patio has extra chairs under bistro lights.

Tobi was a great and communicative host. The property was spacious with many rooms and just as described. The outdoor area was nice with a fire pit, as well as an indoor fireplace. Heating worked well, too, and kept us cozy. Location was great to go to dinner in downtown Portsmouth- Quick to walk or uber ride! Very much recommend staying here.

We had a nice stay and it was a perfect place for the family and our dog to visit while in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, a short drive to town and the beach, or even a nice walk into town! The yard and living spaces were great for the family. Tobi, the host was responsive and attentive as well!
