- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

This is an absolutely spectacular two-story townhouse perched between Kittery Foreside and Portsmouth. We visit Kittery regularly, and we were delighted to find this recently renovated townhouse on the edge of Kittery Foreside (and within easy walking distance to Portsmouth as well). The renovation has been beautifully done, and the layout is perfect for gathering with friends and family or just relaxing. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, the dining table easily seats six, and there are a comfortable array of couches for chatting, reading, resting, or watching a movie. The private elevator and ample parking in the back are an added and lovely bonus, and we especially enjoyed the array of artwork by an exceptionally talented New England artist. Jeremiah's team were welcoming and attentive, and their cleaning crew made sure that the townhouse was immaculate. We had a terrific time, and we very much look forward to returning!

The property was pristine. The communications with the manager of the property were proactive, prompt and clear. The space and furnishings were better than I imagined. I cannot wait to come and stay again!

The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Easy walk to both Portsmouth and Kitery. Jeremiah and his crew were very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back
