It was clean and recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable.
It was a little difficult communicating and getting response from the host in the beginning especially. The ice maker had a residue in it. The rain shower head leaked and gushed out the side but we turned it to face the shower wall instead of towards the door that could leak out.

The location suited us for a North Tampa work trip. Having the entire house was nice as well as having a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and doesn't have a lot of traffic.
Although there are 2 bedrooms, neither one has its own bathroom. One of the rooms shares its closet with the a/c air handler. The kitchen has dishes, some cookware and utensils; but there were no basic condiments of any kind, e.g. salt, pepper, etc. The house was clean enough upon arrival, but we stayed for 2 weeks and there were no cleaning supplies or products to be found, save a soap container and sponge beneath the kitchen sink. And, like so many places, the TV monitor is mounted high on the wall (and somewhat tilted) making it a bit uncomfortable to watch. Add in the tall thorny roses lining the entry walk and a cactus on the coffee table making it feel like guests really aren't that welcome here.
