Modern cozy with pool and big backyard

The place was perfect! Comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We were only a short drive to the beach, ball games, stores and many attractions. The check in and check out instructions were such a smooth process, so easy.

No issues at all.

I like that you get exactly what you pay for. It’s not expensive by any means. The TV outside was a nice touch, but would’ve been better if it wasn’t mosquito season. The beds are really comfortable and there’s plenty of space if it’s just your little family. I love that the backyard is a good size and that there is a short above ground pool as well as a little Jacuzzi if you decide to utilize it. Everything is pretty much set up how you would need it. I like that the set up made it easy for me to clean up after we were done.

I think the blankets should be updated. It was also difficult having the bathroom in the kids room, because I would just wake him up if I needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and he is not good at going back to sleep. But all in all, these are small little details and comparison to the great time that we had.

Definitely a modern and minimalist design. My boyfriend and I stayed here from Sunday to Wednesday, and it was relaxing- just what we needed. It's a tiny home but perfect for two or a small family of four. The price makes sense for the home, and we don't have any complaints about that.

Pulled out the big knife to use and there was dried residue on it. Before we used any plates, cups, pots and pans or utensils, we washed them to make sure they were extra clean, which seems lazy. Not sure if previous customer is to blame or the owner. Washer and dryer can be replaced because they were extremely loud and one of the knobs came off; maybe this is because of heavy use over time? Peacocks were also very loud, but we didn't mind them much.
