Guest Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 3 - Queen Size Bed and Futon (futon has a weight limit of 175 lbs)
Living Room - Sleeps 1 - Twin Size Pull out Sofa
Guest will be able to access the entire house, outdoor patio and covered porch.

This house is perfect for families with kids. Very clean and comfortable inside with lots of space outside to enjoy. Master bedroom and bathroom is located on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep in comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood located close to all the good spots in Tampa.
