Het prive zwembad op het dak was erg fijn en schoon. Ook zag de kamer er erg mooi en sfeervol uit. Borg werd zonder problemen terug betaald na het goed achterlaten van de kamer.
Bij aankomst was de vloer pas gedweild met een soort chloor plakkerig spul wat elke keer wanneer het wat nat werd na het douchen weer vies aan voelde. Ook was het bestek/messen vies met roest en zaten er vlekken in de deken.

I liked the location, pretty close to main city and beach area as well as other locations that I was visiting.
Shower water was cold, no warm water, light went off frequently in the mornings, the facility charged you $25 per “stained” towel, not sure how you can’t stain a towel if Tulum is a jungle and you are frequently at the beach and can bring dirty after a long day exploring. They only provided you with one clean towel for the entire stay, additional $5 for each clean towel. The lights went off in the mornings and had to shower in cold water every night.
