Wonderful helpful staff. Loads of daily activities like walking tours, party buses, karaoke, yoga, etc. Have a lift for accessing upper floors. Very nice rooftop bar and scenery.

The hostel as a whole was incredible, with a really good vibe and the reception were nice. However, I was in shock at how awful the bar staff on the rooftop were. I never write a bad review but this is the reason why I won’t be returning when I come back to Cartagena in a few days…They take about 10 minutes to take your order and you receive your drink another 10 minutes after if they haven’t forgotten about it. *The reason it takes so long is because they are constantly on their phones, talking to eachother and dancing on and with eachother*. I was baffled at how rude this was, it was as if it was their world and us as the customers were just in it. The male staff sleep with all of the customers daily and top of this, they were rude and weren’t approachable or friendly, and the male with dreadlocks was exceptionally rude. It’s so disappointing because this is my only complaint and annoyed me so much that it would stop me staying here again. I’ll be going to KIM next which is right next to viajero andseems to have a similar vibe and a better pool.
