Dreamers Cove — 4BR/2BA Townhome in the Heart of Mexico Beach
Welcome to Dreamers Cove, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath townhome perfectly located in the heart of Mexico Beach. Tucked away on a quiet street and just half a mile from the beach, this home offers all the comforts of a relaxing coastal getaway.
The ground level features an open floor plan—ideal for family gatherings, shared meals, and cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level as well.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed
• One bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed
All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and high-speed internet for easy streaming. A second full bathroom is located on the upper floor.
Step outside to enjoy the private patio, complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill—perfect for evening cookouts after a day in the sun.
Guests also have access to The Palms Subdivision community pool, making it easy to cool off and unwind.

Non-smoking rental and no pets allowed
CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
