The house was open and airy with great, peaceful neighborhoods. Close to the beach! The manager was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again!

Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Could not get some lights turned on. Location of switches confusing. Grills not useable thou advertised in ad. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again.

We had a nice stay w two families. House was nice and we enjoyed getting to use the grill.
The one downside, which was a bit troubling, was there was trash all over the yard. We called and wrote the management company, and to their credit, the next day they had someone pick up the overflowing trash bins. The trash in the back yard and side yard was not however picked up - we picked up much of it ourselves.
After a few days, we discovered there is a small black bear living in the neighborhood; we notify the management company and informed them they need bear, proof, trash, cans we also spoke with the neighbor, and he indicated we also had three raccoons. Who could imagine! In the end, the bear and raccoon made an enormous mess - we ended up keeping the trash in the house.
One final note - the house has a for sale sign. I believe the owner has called it quits on the house. We enjoyed our stay - house and porch (and grill in back) we’re nice. The master king Bed needs to be replaced. In the meantime d, a bit of a mixed bag. This was our third stay in Mexico Bewch in two years and this would be at the bottom of my list - but the company we had made the trip great.
