Great location with a view Apartment very clean and the host left us a bottle of Madeira wine (so good!) along with local cookies and water which was such a lovely touch. Check-in Instructions were also very clear and easy to follow and very good communication with the host
Above a shopping mall and close to a main road can be a little noisy but not too bad

Allt bekväm lägenhet i mycket gott skick. Nära Magic Gym, strandpromenaden,Tee Hause, Farmosa strander, pablic trafic och Forum gallerian.

The apartment offers an excellent balance of comfort and convenience. Located within a shopping complex, all essential stores are within 100 meters, and secure, easy-to-use parking is available on site. The interior is modern and fully equipped, while the spacious terrace with a stunning sea view is truly a highlight. Reaching the city center is possible on foot – about 4.5 km through beautiful parks and walkways – making the location ideal both for exploring Madeira and for a relaxed stay. Overall, a great value for money and highly recommended.
