L accueil ainsi que l emplacement. Le fait qu il y ait 2 Clim indépendantes ce qui permet de gérer dans les 2 pièces principales.
C était très bien mais il manque un lave linge et un micro-ondes. Peut être mettre une photo de la porte de l immeuble pour permettre de mieux visualiser la porte et ne pas se perdre dans la rue.

Clean and accessible to all
They didn’t have another access to the building besides an app to let you in. (Which was down & I had to wait for host to let me in the facility). Perhaps a key box outside the building would be ideal for situations like this.

posizione centrale ottima, buon sistema condizionamento, TV e WIFI OK, pulizia OK, arredo recente ed in ottime condizioni (ad eccezione degli infissi non rinnovati)
accesso con scale piuttosto ripide (stabile d'epoca), attrezzatura stringata (per lo standard dell'appartamento mancano macchina per il caffè espresso lavatrice e forno a micoonde, soprattutto quello indispensabile per soggiorni brevi). Mancano tazzine per caffè. Sarebbe gradito, come riscontrato in gran parte delle strutture di livello a noi note, un minimo di "kit benvenuto" con qualche bustina te/ caffè/ e similari)
