Marzio kedves és segítőkész, mindig válaszolt WhatsApp-on a felmerülő kérdéseinkre. Belépéskor tisztaság fogadott bennünket. A wifi többnyire jól működött, a fürdőszobában törülköző, szappan, WC papír, a konyhában olívaolaj és darált kávé várt. Az apartman a város központjában fekszik, közel éttermekhez, bárokhoz, kávázókhoz és az élemiszer üzlethez. Buszmegálló közvetlenül a ház előtt van, így az 1-es fővonal (aeroporto, stazione, la cittá alta) könnyedén elérhető. 3-4 éjszakára elfogadható városi szállás egy február végi kiruccanásra.
Az utcáról egy szűk folyosón keresztül - a belvárosi apartmanok sajátos kialakítása miatt - lehet feljutni a lakáshoz. A kihúzható rekamié matraca több helyen besüpped, emiatt kényelmetlen rajta feküdni: nem pihentető az alvás. A kisebbik szobában lévő ágyon viszont jól lehet aludni. A konyhai eszközök (serpenyő, lábas, csészék, evőeszközök) régiek, elhasználtak. A bútorok, a berendezés inkább inkoherens: még elfogadható állapotú, viszont maradék, összeválogatott darabokból áll.

Great location and fantactic host who was always available and helpful.
The facilities were a little tired and needed some attention. There were heat waves after heat waves and even with 2 fans it was unbearable coming from a NZ winter with a cat with her winter coat.
