Very Enjoyable

A wonderful location to stay during a visit to Raglan. About a 20 min drive into town the retreat is fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Would recommend to anyone who likes peace and tranquillity for your stay.

The only point I would raise is very minor but no milk was provided for tea or coffee. Not an issue except the location is a winding bending 20 min drive from nearest shops.

Overwhelmed by the morning views, Seeing the range of kitchen necessities was so good, a big pot, a range of different sizes pots and pans and Pyrex dishes is so convenient it feels like home away from home. I was able to cook full meals without a hassle to falling short of something. Loved seeing & feeling good quality sheets and eco friendly shower products, allowing us to let off fireworks to see the new year in was our highlight of our stay! Definitely will be back😊

We fell in love with this country ‘cabin’ would definitely stay again.

Quiet location close to a kauri Forrest walk and the town. Gorgeous little loft in the ‘farm stay’ surrounded by friendly goats! Friendly hosts and fantastic sustainable cabin type accommodation. We lit the fire and enjoyed the peace. Amazing sunrise location. So worth the money x

Everything was awesome from the cabin/cottage to the stunning views to the friendly owners . We travelled from the Coromandel to Raglan for the weekend, not having been there for over 15 years. The whole weekend was great but staying here was the icing on the cake. As we come from a beach area we decided that staying further from town out on a rural property would be something different and it outlived our expectations. We were very lucky with the weather and spent a beautiful night on the deck by the open fire admiring the view. The farm animals around us made it even more special. The sunrise in the morning was also stunning. Being a wee drive from town, we bought supplies for dinner and enjoyed the use of the bbq too. We will be back!!

Perfect getaway!

I was absolutely mind-blown by this accommodation. Super cozy cabin with a fantastic view, fire pit, and grill. The place was extremely clean, the scent was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a barbecue. Highly recommend.

Awesome location with peaceful atmosphere and excellent views.

Few extra touches would have made this excellent. There was no milk for tea but tea and coffee provided. The furniture was worn in places. Kettle old with chipped paint. Bedside table Chipped paint. And no cheeseboard but overall good 👍 id recommend

Wonderful and would do it again.

Location is as it looks, really quiet which is lovely when you just need a break from the city life. For saying your opposite, the host its still very private. Gorgeous farm animals around as you come down to the property. Great view and the stars are incredible to look at. Everything is in the unit ready to use as you need it.
