대체적으로 깨끗하고 쾌적했다. 모든 시설이 구비되어 있어, 1주일간 편안한 휴식을 즐길 수 있었다. 시내까지는 걸어서 20분 정도 가야 해서 주로 공유 자전거를 이용해 다녔다.

앱을 설치한 후 호스트가 보내준 링크를 클릭하면 문이 열리는 디지털 락 시스템이라고 해서 미리 앱을 설치해 두었습니다. 하지만 실제로 접속을 시도해 보니 수차례 시도해도 로그인이 되지 않아 문을 열 수 없었습니다. 이런 시스템은 처음 이용해 보는 터라 상당히 당황스러웠습니다. 결국 호스트와 문자와 전화로 거의 한 시간 가까이 연락을 주고받으며 해결을 시도했지만 끝내 문을 여는 데 실패했고, 호스트가 원격으로 문을 열어주어 겨우 객실에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 당시 날씨도 매우 더워 한 시간가량 문밖에서 땀을 흘리며 기다려야 했고, 객실에 들어간 뒤에도 약 2시간이 지나서야 숙소 측으로부터 실제 열쇠를 받을 수 있었습니다. 이런 경우를 예상해, 열쇠를 받을 수 있는 방법을 만들어 놓거나, 원격으로 바로 문을 열어주었으면 좋았을 텐데 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다. 특히 처음 사용하는 고객에게는 디지털 락 이용 방법을 좀 더 명확하게 안내해 주었으면 좋겠습니다. 이 점 말고는 대부분 만족 스러웠습니다.

The apartment was one of the best we've been in during our travels. Tastefully designed, it emphasised storage, but was spacious enough for a couple and had all the necessary amenities. The hosts were easily contactable and very efficient in their answers as well as accommodating. An online booklet sent on booking explained all that was needed (even how to find and enter the unit) perfectly, along with a lot of very useful information about the surroundings. Perfect.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. Easy access to multiple forms of public transit. Accessing the apartment took multiple steps, but the owner has an easy guide incuding video. They were also responsive to my questions.
