Secret Vaults Budapest

The location was excellent, especially for our first visit to Budapest. The host was very kind and allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of check-out, which was very helpful as we had some car issues. The apartment was very clean, and it was clear that a lot of thought and effort had gone into making the property comfortable for guests. We especially appreciated the multi-page city guide provided by the hosts, which we used throughout our 2-day stay and found very helpful. Communication with the host was also excellent. Overall, a great experience.

A couple of very minor things could be improved. The shower tends to splash water outside as there is no cover at the entrance. Also, the windows need to be kept closed for privacy, as the room is otherwise quite visible from outside. It would also be helpful to have clearer information about parking directly next to the property. Due to my own lack of knowledge, I received a parking fine after parking right in front of the property. This was ultimately my responsibility, but clearer parking information for guests would have been helpful. Overall, these were only minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

WOW! What a beautiful apartment. I could live here. The apartment has such a calm, nice atmosphere. Truly amazing to come back to escape the city and crawl up the couch. It's tastefully renovated, spacious, clean, quiet and at night dark! The shower feels and looks fantastic. The lighting in the apartment is the best I've seen in any place I've stayed. And so it the wallpaper, art and green everywhere. The bedroom stays dark and quiet. Everything has been thought of. I cooked a couple times and all you need is there. Coffee maker, cattle, blender, you name it. Close to metro, trams and busses. Even a couple busses right out front. Aldi a few steps away. Would HIGHLY recommend! 10 out of 10!
