Little Americas Museum Apartments

Difficult to get through security, so many locks. Had to go downstairs sideways as stair treads were so narrow. Open, uncovered drain in patio area. Patio area littered with ash and cigarette butts. Neighbours were very noisy and kept upstairs guests awake until at least midnight every night. No kitchen towels. We bought them and left them. Fridge had no freezer so couldn't make ice.

The property was certainly in a very central location and extremely well connected to the city, and what's more, at a reduced price.

Unfortunately I found too many crumbs around, in general the house was not clean, especially the bedside table

high humidity in the apartments and bathroom - clothes didn't get dry even with all the windows opened. we didn't get instructiona with codes to get in and get the keys (had to call the admins, thankfully it was a lunch time), and other tourists had same trouble at midnight - they were knocking at our window and asked for help. apartment's not very clean, and the bed on the second level has a hole so many things fall there

We stayed in this apartmet just 15 hours. There was not enough time to like something.

We did not like the attitude of the owner. We were able to get the check-in instructions 25 mins befor check-in. As if the apartment is a very confidential place, they give the check-in instructions in the last minute, We had to loiter and stay in the cafe for along time in the city. Although I kindly ask them several times to send the instructions , they ignored our request ite by saying company rules bla bla. Despite the paying for two days, we stayed just 15 hours, a night, Because we had to stay very shortly, they ignored our check-in info request. I have been using BOOKING.COM for accomodition bookings, generally the owners send check-in instructions previous day or 5-10 hours before. We understood that Customer Satisfaction is not important on part of this company. That attitude of the company made us unhappy. In the night around midnight, We eard noises coming from the neighbors, loud conversations inside the apartment building that we could not sleep at least one hour although we had to get up early in the morning.
