HEIGHTS HOMESTEAD - a farmhouse style cottage

The house feels like a lived-in home which I appreciate b/c I had 4 kids w/ me and I didn't want to feel like my kids were going to ruin perfection. So I was more relaxed in an environment that didn't feel like it was magazine-perfect. It had everything I needed and would expect in a house except for larger garbage bins (a 13-gallon covered garbage bin should always be in a kitchen) and needed more 13-gallon bags. The upstairs bedroom is large. Could use a pull-out bed sofa up there (same thing in living room). That would utilize the space better. It would also double the amount of people the house can sleep without customers having to bring their own fold out beds. Right now there's two beds that can fit two people. So 4 people total can sleep there. I just used the sofa cushions for my 3 year old. Since it's usually, kids on sofa beds, maybe try a mattress with waterproof cover as an extra level of protection? I brought my own waterproof fitted sheets just in case. But some people may forget. And then the mattresses get destroyed... The bathroom nightlight needs replacing. The flickering light in there can cause probs for people with neurological disorders and/or sensory issues. I just pulled it out for our stay. But just be aware. The linens and towels were bright, soft, and clean. I love that. There was Netflix and great TV options! There's a McDonald's just around the corner. Very convenient even though I didn't end up needing it during this stay. It was nice to know it was there. The neighborhood is quiet. There are blinds on all the windows to block unwanted light. The carpet is soft and plushy upstairs. There's a walk-in closet upstairs. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner smelled and felt great. The washer and dryer are clean and work well. Double check dish soap. Without a dishwasher, customers will go through more dish soap. So that's gotta be filled.
