• Must be completely house trained and potty outside (no puppy pads). Dogs must be at least 1 year old (no puppies)
• Never allowed on furniture or beds.
• Must be leashed when going outside.
• Pick up their waste outside and dispose of properly
• Must be kenneled in a crate while away and cannot bark or whine while away.
• Current on flea and tic treatment.
• $25.00 per night, per pet fee required
NOTE: There will be a 5.64% State tax added after booking. VRBO is correctly not collecting this tax. Applies to nightly rate and cleaning fee

This property is beyond charming. The home was very clean and had everything we needed, and then some. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive. The link sharing the properties information, recommendations on restaurants, and things to do, was top notch! The location is fantastic, super close to so many restaurants and stores. Pet friendly too! My husband and I both highly recommend!

We loved staying in this adorably decorated small house in Peoria Heights. The bed was good. The snacks were appreciated, and we were sitting on the porch in the morning. Sydney was a wonderful host and responsive when had questions/concerns.
