Great location

- location - very responsive hosts, prompt resolution of any issues - ease of communication - amenities inside the apartment

- it is situated right on a main road, therefore transport noises can be heard till late/ from early morning. Especially emergency service vehicles can very easily disrupt your sleep.0 - Our stay was during the persistent heat wave period (25 - 30 degree temperatures for 4-5 days). Though the property had fans, the sleeping experience is definitely not comfortable as it gets rather hot inside the apartment due to lack of cross ventilation. Also windows cannot be opened fully due to curtain rods. So better avoid during summer months/hot period. - The Bathroom/toilet definitely needs some refurbishment/uplift.

Problème wifi et le canapé serait mieux si il était convertible et les fenêtres on ne peut pas les ouvrir entièrement avec cette chaleur on ne pouvait pas aérer la nuit

Location, price, convenience and reasonably comfortable.

More than 1 min. Walk from Paddington is more like 10 min. Could be very noisy at times, the pull out couch was broken so one of us had to sleep on the couch which was not ideal. The shower leaves water everywhere, hot water was intermittent. It's an old building and the outside windows don't close properly.
