The room is genuinely very nice. It’s a small private apartment, with a small living space, restroom and shower, kitchen and laundry area. Everything was very modern and clean.
It seems like the room is being rented out against the condominium’s policies, and there’s many signs in the elevator saying so, which makes you feel like you’re doing a bad thing. This could be stress inducing so just be ready for that. Especially in large groups. I’d assume you’d be fine if it’s just one person though.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Sleeping was very comfortable. Being able to do you laundry and cook some quick meals was a big bonus and the reason for choosing this condo. I am looking forward renting again on my next trip to Bangkok. The host was very very friendly.
