It’s a simple, budget-friendly stay that would suit backpackers, solo travellers, or couples who just need somewhere practical and convenient. It’s nothing fancy, but you get the essentials, including air conditioning and a desk. For the price and location, it offers excellent value overall.
The building and appliances are quite old, and the overall design feels a bit dated, with some parts looking like they are from the 90s. That said, the place was very clean, which made the stay comfortable overall.

Good location. Typical of real Bangkok life.
Description of double room of both bed kitchen/studio is incorrect. No kitchen, just a kettle. More of a room for rent than a guestroom.
