Room was clean with a nice pool to relax in and nice and quiet

The reception staff were nothing short of rude as our accommodation included free parking and when we tried to explain this the receptionist didn’t want to listen and wanted to charge us another 100 baht/day for parking so we had to speak to room owner so she could speak with the building owner to get it sorted. This was really my only complaint.

Great location and host was very co-operative replacing items which did not work or were missing. The swimming pool is excellent and the property is very well maintained. The security staff were pleasant and helpful also.

We had our first two days cancelled by the host just two days before our arrival. We had a mad scramble to try and extend our stay at our previous accom but at a much higher rate at short notice. On arrival we were unable to check in. The office staff and security staff had no knowledge of our booking and no English either. There was talk of legal action against the tenant sub-letting and it didn't look good. A resident assisted us via google translate and rang the host and we eventually settled in. This situation might have been avoided had we been provided with the room # or if the host had been there. So a bad start but a good stay in a very pleasant condominium.
