Chaba Inn Srinakarin

Though it’s pet friendly hotel but the room is very clean. I had very nice stay there. The location is not that strategic it doesn’t near BTS or MRT station but it is suitable if you wanna feel the local vibes. From the hotel, you can take a walking distance to street food market at night but the road quite hard to walk since there are many cars and motorcycles and many car parks on the sideway. There are famous restaurant nearby name “Mootong Mootod” the food are nice. You can take motorcycles taxi AKA Win morsai to Seacon Square mall, from there you can visit Train Night Market or take local transportation (songtaew) to BTS station as well Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this place to everyone

If you cannot leave your lovely pet for holiday, this hotel is a well-recommended

Quiet neighbourhood.

Check-in was interesting. The guy got me to sign the form, then handed me a key card, which had a faded room number on it. He didn't tell me my room number, my floor, where the lift was, or which direction to head in. Just handed me the key and turned around and continued his work. All the room numbers start with a 2, but there's only 1 building as far as I can tell. The 2nd digit is the floor number. The hotel smells - my local friend refused to wait in the lobby for me, he sat in his car. My room smelled really bad - like you could taste it. Eventually I realised the smell (like a wet dog) was mostly coming from the bathroom, and if I kept the bathroom door closed, the room was a bit better. I couldn't keep the towels in the bathroom because they absorbed the smell. I don't think the bathroom walls have ever been cleaned. There were layers of streaks of grime coating the walls, and mold growing around the base of the sink. I tolerated all this for a few days, but when the cleaner entered my room, without knocking, while I was sleeping, with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. That was the last straw for me. If the bathroom was clean, and there was no awful smell, and the staff actually could see a big red sign that says Do Not Disturb, and actually honour it, it would be a decent stay. The room itself was relatively clean. Oh, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. My neighbours were going at it hard at all sorts of hours. At one point I was on a video call with a colleague in Iceland, and he could hear the moaning through the walls. And also the dog in the room above that was playing with a squeaky toy and runing around and crashing in the furniture. All of this was happening around 3am! It's a bit far from everything too, so also don't stay here if you want easy access to any attractions.
