It was nothing like the pictures. The building was quite old and didn’t look like it did in the photos, so I was really disappointed.
There was one light in the bathroom that didn’t work. I reported it twice, but nothing was done. The floor drain also had a very bad smell. The floor slopes in one direction while the floor drain is in another, causing water to pool in the corner.
The walls are quite thin, so I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room. Overall, the building and facilities felt rather low-quality, and the service wasn’t impressive either.
The only good thing was the air conditioning. That’s about it.

Was everything great only There is a smell of sewage on the second floor, but the room is clean.

Positives - Near a laundromat and 7/11 and had 2 cute little puppys, aircon.
Negative - Dirty room, hallways, pool was unkempt and yuck and cob webs everywhere, bathroom and walls have old dirt, grease marks from god knows how long ago. English is poor so dont come here if you need assistance. Because they allow dogs, there were puddles in reception area. They have a microwave but you are not allowed to use it when i asked if I could heat my food.
Outcome- Invest in good cleaners, when people check out make sure you give the room a proper clean (bathroom/ walls).
