Panoramic Views! Luxurious Townhouse in the Absolute Centre of Queenstown

The host was so friendly and the property was exactly as described!

The location of the hotel is very good, and you can see most of the town views and lakes of Queenstown. At the same time, its internal facilities are fully equipped, and there are enough toiletries for daily use. Since I stayed in autumn and winter, the heating facilities in the hotel are very good!

The views were amazing, the heating and cooling was great. Perfect for a family of 5. Very comfortable and fantastic communication from Nathan. 10 out of 10.

The keypad was easy to use. Then one night after being our for 3-4 hours the keypad didn't work. So we use the lockbox with a key attached. We then got contacted twice about taking a fob - what fob? We arrived with two dryers and washing machines spiling out with washing left accidentally by the cleaner. I didn't really care until it started smelling really bad. I have to get it taken away. We also had flooding in the second bathroom and no bath mat I could dry over night as we were given one of everything - a bit ordinary for a full week stay. Anyway, the owner finally got in contact, blamed the cleaners and dropped of a few towels which should really have been there. There is no stereo and no drying room for skiing. There were 6 of us but only 5 knives and one tea towel. Poor

A lot. Sharing a knife with my husband, A set bath mat that I couldn't replace. None of the children could unpack their suitcases because the cupboards were full. One tea towel for 6? And multiple loads of washing and drying we had to get picked up because it smelt.
