The location of the hotel is very good, and you can see most of the town views and lakes of Queenstown. At the same time, its internal facilities are fully equipped, and there are enough toiletries for daily use. Since I stayed in autumn and winter, the heating facilities in the hotel are very good!

The views were amazing, the heating and cooling was great. Perfect for a family of 5. Very comfortable and fantastic communication from Nathan. 10 out of 10.

Great views and comfortable, roomy
It is close to town and it’s amenities but is a big hike up the hill

It was warm, with good hot water supply
Too many flights of stairs, as we are elderly. No NZ tv channels.Beds not presented properly, sheets not ironed non matching bedding. Curtains had lots of missing hooks. Unable to use wardrobes as they were stuffed with spare duvets.
Didn’t live up to the “Luxurious” label.
