    Easy walk to Queenstown town centre Make sure you get dropped off at the Sydney st entrance or you have to carry your gear up stairs Bed comfortable, good shower, small fee to use washing and drying facilities, room never serviced in our three night stay No lake view from our room just a brick wall and hedge from the outside Overall room was comfortable, had parking onsite, bonus TV had sky sport channel to watch AFL and NRL from Australia

    We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was big enough to accommodate us three and our large luggages. The room had a balcony with a view of the street and the Queenstown Gardens. It had an en suite bathroom with heated floor. The staff members were kind and accomodating. They helped us book a stargazing tour at Skyline Gondola. They gave us advice on how to take the bus to Arrowtown. They also booked a taxi for us going to the airport. My spouse forgot his bag, and the airport staff called the taxi driver to inform us of the left-behind bag. Such a blessing! The hotel is a short 5-minute walk to the lakeside and to Queenstown Mall.

    I loss my jacket,and I think it should be in this hotel,I rebember that I fold it and pack, I did not use this jacket because it is not rainproof.I left in my car until the day I stay in Coronation Lodge for 2 days,so I bring everything from the car to repack. I called them,and they asked me to send email,I did informing them my room number and attached the jacket picture.No one answer my email,I call again,the one who answered the call said that they were very busy,when I asked about the jacket and the email.He answered immidiately that they did not see any jacket.
