    I came in after 7PM and their reception was closed. I didn’t know about it, and we arrived 7:15PM ish. They left the keys in the envelope at the door so that was really nice of them to do, we got into the room without a problem. They can hold your suitcase after check out and I loved how they had free parking space. You have to hurry and park there first before anyone gets to it. The place is so close to the downtown so no need to drive there.

    I loss my jacket,and I think it should be in this hotel,I rebember that I fold it and pack, I did not use this jacket because it is not rainproof.I left in my car until the day I stay in Coronation Lodge for 2 days,so I bring everything from the car to repack. I called them,and they asked me to send email,I did informing them my room number and attached the jacket picture.No one answer my email,I call again,the one who answered the call said that they were very busy,when I asked about the jacket and the email.He answered immidiately that they did not see any jacket.
