Good location, clean and convenient family apartments with two toilets and showers and a nice little kitchen including a coffee machine. Comfortable beds.
There is some issue between the local staff (a maintenance guy not always on site) and the online management. Our keys got de-coded on the second day, and it took the apartment-hotel team two hours to send somebody to solve it. We also had to wait a long time to get the room, as did other families that arrived

We really enjoyed the stay. The room is beautiful and we loved the location of the hotel/appartment. Montmartre-Paris is lovely with the restaurants and artists.The people working here are very friendly and welcoming, they are also very willing to help you with every question you have. When we visit Paris again we go back.
