Great stay in Viareggio
Giuseppe and his family are fantastic hosts, he is very attentive to the needs, the communication is easy and without delays. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, equipped with everything you need in a calm location within 10 min distance from the pedestrian area, nearby many restaurants and groceries. The provided bicycles and a private car parking were a huge convenience. Nice patio was a real pleasure to have breakfasts, dinners or a cup of coffee outside.

Perfect accommodation for a vacation in Viareggio. Thanks Giuseppe
Everything was perfect , Giuseppe the owner is a great guy , he meet us at the property and showed around and give us tips what to visit or where we can eat. The flat is modern , clean and very spacious , 5min from the nearest beach and Viareggio promenade. It is a Carrefour express 2 min a way. Also they are 4 bicycles available if you would like to ride in to town. Also it is private parking available as well.

Super Wohnung
Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist kein Neubau, aber sehr gepflegt und sehr schön renoviert. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr schön eingeteilt und eingerichtet, super, super sauber und bessere Gastgeber als Giuseppe und seine Frau kann man sich nicht wünschen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht- Handtücher, farblich markiert für jeden Gast, sehr saubere Bettwäsche, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc, bis hin zur Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente. Dotato di tutti i servizi (tra cui anche lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice). Inoltre, è presente uno spazio esterno privato. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e accoglienti.

Grosszügig, schön und kindertauglich
Wunderschöne, grosszügige Wohnung an toller Lage, sehr nahe beim Strand. Wohnung absolut Krabbelbaby- und Kleinkind-tauglich, ein grosses Plus. Die Gastgeber extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - grazie mille! Es hätte sogar noch Fahrräder gegeben, die konnten wir mit Kleinkindern aber leider nicht nutzen.
Küchenausstattung gut, aber könnte noch optimiert werden (zB. Schwingbesen oder Bratöl wären für uns noch nützlich gewesen, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau ;))

Zelo prijazen in odziven gostitelj. Novo, zelo prostorno in čisto stanovanje z vsem, kar potrebuješ (štedilnik, kuhinjska posoda, hladilnik, zamrzovalna skrinja, pralni stroj, avtomat za kavo, TV...) Terasa, ograjeno parkirno mesto. Odlične vzmetnice, prijetna spalnica. Lokacija blizu vsega, kar potrebuješ. Vredno svojega denarja, priporočam.
