Good apartmnent not far away from beach and downtown.

Good spacious apartment with solid equipment. EVerything important incl. beach is in ca 15 minut distance.

Great apt in a great location

The apartment was a good size and the location was perfect. There was a shop nearby and a number of private beaches.

There was a number of fans but no air conditioning. We got several mosquito bites as the apt wasn't cool enough to kill them.

We were very happy with everything: the apartment, the host, getting the keys,ec.

We could hear the loud crying of the neighbour's son every morning and that would wake us up very very early. Not the apartment's fault but was very annoying.

Location - good starting point for trips to nearby cities, near the park (we could go running), near the beach, parking slot in front of the building. Well-equipped kitchen.

It was very hot even during the night, air-conditioning would help.

I have never come a cross an owner as property proud as the hosts at La Pineta. The apartment was exceptionally cleaner and beautifully presented. The hosts do not speak English but made every effort through using Google translate to ensure we have all the information we need. What's more is that I put the wrong dates down in the booking and they still accommodated us a day earlier at short notice.

Nothing really. The location is fine but it isn't an apartment facing the beach which is reflected in the price. It is about 20-30 mins drive to Forte di Marmi

Great Appartment

Appartment itself was perfect.

Surrounding was not so perfect. Especially the music festival nearby was very loud when we tried to sleep

Nice flat as base for your beach stay.

Quiet place, no city center. 1.2km walking distance to public free beach, 1km to other side to city center. Flat is large enough for 6 people, all was nice and clean.

Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment a little out the way from the tourist area, but still a nice area with a few restaurants and bars, a marina and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. We hired a car and had a parking space too.

Only issue was the next door apartment who had a baby that woke up at 6.30am in the mornings. I slept through by the 3rd day. I would stay there again.

Convenient location-close to public beach (1.4 km) and close to center (1 km). Enough space for 4 people.

We knew there was no air conditioning. Fans would be enough but they were not enough. 2 small fans were not able to cool down hot air.

All in all I enjoy my 3 weeks in apartment, and I can recommend for next visitors.

Very big apartment in good price. Roomy and with lots of light. Big and Very comfort bed. Comfortable sofa with big TV. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy bathroom with nice shower.

In the beginning it was little bit cold, but then I change the thermostat and it was OK. But the heating and boiler were gas type, and it works very, very loud, it takes time to get used to it. Especially it was on the wall with bedroom. And there was some problem that hot water has wired smell. Maybe heater, maybe pipes... Rubbish segregation can be not in apartment but in basement it will be easier than waiting for proper day. Walls are very thin so sometimes I heard neighbors especially in the morning and sometimes in the late evening.

Prezzo sproporzionato per il servizio offerto.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato ed è spazioso. I gestori che si occupano del check-in sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno aiutato a portare su le valigie, perchè la casa si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. L'interno dell'appartamento era pulito.

La casa, seppur ristrutturata, risulta poco curata. Ho riscontrato tutte le carenze già segnalate in precedenti recensioni (quali, malfunzionamento del doccino, persiana chiusa con lo spago, mancanza di aspirapolvere): segno che la proprietà non ne tiene conto. Assolutamente sproporzionato il prezzo richiesto rispetto alla tipologia di appartamento, collocato al terzo piano di uno stabile popolare e modesto, privo di ascensore e di aria condizionata e dotato di un solo bagno. Il balcone e le finestre non risultavano puliti di recente. Peccato perchè basterebbe poco per migliorare il servizio offerto.

Das Apartment ist sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, liegt ruhig und nur einen kleinen Spaziergang von der Promenade entfernt, hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und sehr nette Nachbarn.

Das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage kann bei hohen Temperaturen nicht durch die großen Ventilatoren ausgeglichen werden.

L’appuntamento non è a 200 metri dal mare. Si trova all’ultimo piano senza ascensore senza climatizzatore. La TV non funziona. I letti ( singoli) sono vecchi, maleodoranti. Le tapparelle fissate con un pezzo di stoffa.

Guter Aufenthalt, bis zum öffentlichen Strand ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, bis zur schönen Promenade ca. 10 Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.

Es fehlt definitiv eine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens Ventilatoren. Kein Schutz vor Mücken, davon gibt es reichlich. In der darunterliegenden Wohnung wird am Fenster geraucht, der Qualm zieht ins Schlafzimmer, für Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm.
