La Pineta Apartment

A large, comfortable apartment equipped with all the modern facilities, except air conditioning, which unfortunately is a major issue in the middle of a hot summer. It is perfect for a family with two children, however, if there are more than four people, the sofa becomes a problem, as the pull-out mechanism is faulty and is not very comfortable to sleep on. One free parking spot in the yard of the building and also a public water dispenser (for both still and sparking) on the corner of the street.

Lack of air conditionig. The couch shoud be replaced or at least repeared. Far from the free beach (and not a pleasent walk - industrial area, no side walks on some portions) and also from center of the resort. If you go by car note that it is very dificult to find a parking spot, especially a free one.

Gentilissimi i gestori dell'appartamento e i vicini. Oltre al posteggio per l'auto ci è stato gentilmente offerto un ripostiglio per le nostre due biciclette. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata. Abbiamo potuto risolvere il problema del rumore mattutino nella camera matrimoniale, trasferendoci nella seconda camera.

La camera matrimoniale confina con l'appartamento di una famiglia molto mattiniera e piuttosto rumorosa, per cui non è adatta a chi al mattino desidera dormire oltre le 7. C'è comunque una seconda camera con due letti, molto silenziosa.

Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung

Im Badezimmer hat es komisch gerochen und die Ausstattung war eher karg

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.

Es fehlt definitiv eine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens Ventilatoren. Kein Schutz vor Mücken, davon gibt es reichlich. In der darunterliegenden Wohnung wird am Fenster geraucht, der Qualm zieht ins Schlafzimmer, für Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm.
