Los Cristianos - Sunset Cristian Playa - As de Casas

Location+ they had everything as in iron, coffee machine, etc..

Excellent location and really helpful host .

Some of the apartment furniture needs updating and the bed was uncomfortable.

Good space and clean. Fantastic location to the beach and main restaurant areas

Although the location is great, it’s very noisy outside. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The balcony door and window lock was awfully difficult to use. Lastly, the front door definitely needs replacing. There is a big hole in the front door which doesn’t give a very inviting welcome

Central Location.

I booked this not knowing it was carnival weekend ( maybe we should have been informed or maybe I should have done some homework🤷‍♀️)and the stages are outside the door and celebrations and loud music went on till 4am so no sleep. The apartment is not soundproofed, flimsy patio doors and bed small double and not greatly comfortable. Then 2 hours later the cleaning of the street started! The hand rail if you use the stairs instead of lift is filthy, definitely not been wiped in a very long time. Due to the fact we would never have slept for our 4 day stay we asked the agent if they could accommodate us somewhere else in Los Cristianos away from the noise which they did and I was thankful for. I would recommend the As De Casas Royal, still central for everything, great view of the mountains (doesn’t get the sun, but not a bad thing as there’s no air con) and most certainly an upgrade to the Sunset Cristian Playa.
