These are not deal breakers but I am highlighting them so you can be aware - Only 3 tissue roles provided for 2 adults staying for 8 nights - No shower gel no washing machine liquid - air-condition is in living area and not in bed room ( this could be a problem if the weather is hot) - 2nd floor with no lifts - one set of keys - noise from busy road and nearby shops and restaurants start as early as 6:30 or 7 am and stay until after 11:30 (need to invest in a better bedroom window to isolate the sound from the road)

Ideal location in Los Cristianos, minutes away from everything and only a 20 minute walk to las americas.

Nothing really, we never experienced any issues at all.

+ Good cleanliness. + The internet was not functioning upon our arrival, which we reported to the host. Within about 1 hour someone showed up and fixed it, quick response. + Very responsive communication from the host (the response quality is another matter) + The bathroom is compact but OK, the washing machine works well, some wash pods were provided. + The air conditioning was clean, powerful enough, and we liked that it was in the living room, we could sleep with AC on while the bedroom door was open - the running AC also provides some white-noise against the street sounds. + The beds were comfortable, metal framed (no cracking) + 2 supermarkets within 50m of the building door, with reasonable prices, actual price tags, and self-service cashier machines. + We had a rental car, we knew the challenges and accepted them. We were positively surprised by the excellent public bus system, that we ended up using often to save time on the impossible parking situation.

- We have found the hosts messaging to be a bit unfriendly, overly pushy, and the phrasing to be somewhat threatening, often using ALL CAPITALS, and five question marks????? - The host made requests for personally identifiable biometric information (such as the scans/pictures of the photo and signature in our ID documents). Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 does not provide sufficient legal justification for such requests. Fortunately the check-in portal used by the host knows the law and does not require ID photos as mandatory fields. - The location is not nice, a bit noisy, see also the other comments all about this. We were unfortunate enough to stay here on the night of Spain winning the football world cup, and witnessed mass vandalism, some cars being damaged on the street, it was quite the experience. - Very busy tourist street including beggars, homeless people, addict types, or otherwise sketchy looking people: we worried a bit about the safety of our valuables in the apartment despite the host's claim that our access codes are "personalized", and the presence of cameras in the building's staircase and above the apartment's door. - The glass bricks of the bedroom let some light through from the kitchen in the morning, so in case you can sleep-in in the morning (despite the cargo loading shaking the concrete of the building) you might still wake up from the light. - insufficient number power outlets in the apartment. - The TV is a bit small. - There are some rust sports, cracks and scratches, and the apartment could use a fresh paint, but its not too bad. - It would be nice to have a coffee capsule machine instead of the old and dirty drip machine. - Some more and bigger drinking glasses would be nice. - Some shower gel and shampoo in the shower would be nice.
