Absolute gem of a spacious apartment in a fantastic location by the beach with various supermarkets on your doorstep and a taxi rank around the corner. Balcony is bigger and not as narrow as pictured. Fantastic communication from the host when a small issue with the shower happened just before we arrived. Very quiet apartment block with strong WiFi, most people we ever saw by the pool over a 2 week period was 8! Pool was warm also! The portable stand up fan in the apartment was brilliant. Small tip: A booklet explaining the building, pool, bins location etc would be a helpful guide for guests.

The location is great — just a few minutes’ walk from Los Cristianos and close to everything you might need. The apartment is well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that makes it easy to cook every day. It’s also very convenient for families, with plenty of useful items such as a baby cot, high chair, and blackout curtains. Check-in was smooth, and the pool in the complex is nice and often without people.

A few minor things: unfortunately for the first few days there was construction work going on, and we hadn’t been informed in advance. Even though it stopped later and after complaining we were offered an alternative, it ruined the first days for us. Also, the shower drain was partially blocked and emptied very slowly and communication with the property manager wasn't friendly The biggest issue, however, was the noise: the apartment is on the first floor and the bedroom faces the garbage area where the waste collection happens at all hours of the night [2am, 4am] and restaurant empty their bin late in the evening making almost impossible to sleep.
