Las vistas son una auténtica pasada y la decoración de la habitación muy cuidada. La mujer que lo regenta no habla mucho inglés pero no es necesario es un encanto.

Nice hotel, nice room, good breakfast. Nice environment, in the countryside. It is well located for the visit of the temples.

It is overpriced.

Beautiful 100 year old house reconstructed on this site and beautifully modernised with showers etc. Very well located for Si Satchanalai National Park. With calm garden. V helpful, welcoming housekeeper. Good breakfast.

In an agricultural, residential area so it was difficult to find somewhere for an evening meal. The very nearby place was not open. By good luck we found a v large restaurant festooned with fairy lights, quite surreal in what seemed a remote area criss-crossed with dirt tracks. Actually we discovered in the light of day it was only about 10 minutes drive away. It may have been possible to phone for take-away and delivery — if you can speak Thai! Bear in mind Thai people eat early!!

The all hotel is lovely and decorated with very good taste. We also had a very good breakfast. Bicycles are also available to visit the temples (not for tall people).

But this is not enough to make a good stay. - The room itself is rather small (photo), far from the 47 m2 advertised (which should include the outside terrace). - There is no storage facilities, except coat rack and two hangers (photo) which makes the installation in the room not comfortable. - It is quiet at night, but as the house is built along the small road going to the bridge, you can hear very early the scooters that pass regularly. But the real problem is that there are no management on site. The maid is waiting for your arrival and she gives you at once her phone to put you in touch with the manager. When you just arrived, it is not very useful except to say that everything is fine. A few minutes later, when you need to ask something, there is no one on site anymore ! It is also a real problem to have dinner : we try to go to the restaurant mentioned by our host, but there were plenty of aggressive dogs and we had to return. Then, we called the manager who ordered something to eat for us and we received plenty of dishes, much too much for two people (we had to pay the price for it). All in all, it is very expensive for what you get. The problem is that there is almost no accommodations in Si Satchanalai, whose temples really deserves to be seen.
