    ​I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Parc Borough City Resort back in October 2023 while traveling with a colleague. Because of that great experience, I purposely brought my family back for a repeat visit from 13 to 15 July 2026, and we truly enjoyed our stay! ​The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall service was excellent. Every staff member we encountered—from the reception and front office to the drivers—was incredibly helpful. We also loved the pool and had a fantastic dining experience at Parc Thai Eatery. The food and beverages were wonderful and up to a high standard. A special thank you to our waitress, Sa, for her excellent service! ​We will definitely visit again. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable!

    The hotel claims to be five star but it's very cramped rooms and corridors. The swimming pool is filthy and worse off staff are even more rude. My kids fell ill drinking the water from the bottles that they provide. The surroundings are even worse I.e you look out of the window and all you see is filth. They cloak is a Mountain View in the adverts but only realise it's a mountain of pile of rubbish. We initially booked for 10 nights but had to check out early due to the service, hotel condition and my goodness the breakfast was absolutely horrible. You get cabbage and stale bread. Tea or coffee is cold. Yet the charges are sky high. So much improvements on so many different levels is needed to pass off asa 2 start hotel let alone a five star!

    Booked as family for 10 nights but left within 2 nights! That says it all! Terrible breakfasts, bottled water supplied was terrible, tasted like tap water, which in turn made us ill. 5 star is joke for this hotel! Not even worth a 2 star. Swimming pool tiny and filthy! One would expect being that size it's easy to upkeep. Shows the calibre if management and staff. Yet charges are ridiculously high for a room, and an extra bed will cost you 1500 Bhat per night ...lol, in an already cramped room! Surprised there is no board in Thailand to monitor the standards and levels of hotels. Any tom dock and harry can open anything and advertise on agoda with AI images. RIP off don't go there you will regret
