Very nice, can walk to the airport but didn’t hear them at all. Staff were very accommodating and breakfast was ok
Depending on what side you are on but the main road is very loud. Our air con didn’t work at all but the staff were very lovely and moved us into a different room

the staff were very friendly and helped me out with a lot of things such as laundry and guiding me to places that i needed to go. And they provided me with an assortment of things such as toilet paper and water bottles daily. The location of the hotel was also very advantageous as it was close to the airport and only several minutes away from the city center.
Although, during my stay the windows could not completely close, this caused noise from the outside to become very prominent in the room, and unfortunately I had an encounter with 2 massive cockroaches during my stay and I would assume that they came from the unclosed windows as well.

The staff who let me check in early on the first day was friendly and told me to have the free breakfast. The soup for breakfast was pretty good but having toast and jam for about a week gets boring. The room was spacious and had a good from from the 6th floor. There was room service everyday if you choose and they woud stock up on toiletries and water. The location was pretty great- very close to the airport, a 5 minute walk from the Chiang Mai Airport Plaza and a good walking distance to the Chiang Mai Culture Village.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep in at times.
