The rooms are as described in the pictures, quite comfortable. Nice cool AC in each bedroom (though not in the hallways so it may be a bit hot there). Very nice and responsive host, she went out of her way in the middle of the night to check on us when one of the bedrooms was locked accidentally.

The shower stall in the 2nd floor is quite small, we ended up using the 1st floor bathroom more, but there was a cockroach there. We used the provided address to book a Grab to get to the house but the app ended up getting us to another private house across the freeway, this may not be the host's fault but you should be sure to check the picture of the house and Google maps to make sure you arrive at the correct place before your taxi drives away.

We stayed at Charming 3-Storey House near BTS Onnut Station for 5D4N as a group of 6 ladies in January 2026, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet surrounding, which made our stay very comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfy, air-conditioning worked well, and hot water, towels, and toiletries were provided (only toothbrush and toothpaste were not included). The house was very well equipped with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was especially useful for us, as we could wash our clothes and not bring back too many dirty ones. They even provided a clothes drying rack, which was very convenient for us to dry our clothes before heading out for the day. Although it’s a 3-storey house, we had no issue with the stairs and were comfortable using them. Most importantly, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and it was quiet at night, which we really appreciated. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, providing clear guidance and replying promptly whenever we had questions, which made our stay smooth and worry-free. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven within walking distance and nearby massage places at reasonable prices. We even walked to a massage place at night and felt completely safe walking back as a group of six. Overall, we loved the environment and convenience of this place. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend it, especially for group or girls trips in Bangkok 💕

One thing to note is that the bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Really loved this house. It is very spacious and can comfortably fit more than 5 people. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms were clean with towels and hairdryers provided. The location is quiet and pleasant, yet not too far from the train station. Highly recommended for families or groups.
